Gaudens Cycling was born from Giovanni Curione’s deep passion for cycling and bike tours. With over 30 years of cycling experience on roads throughout Europe, Giovanni created this project with like-minded travelers in mind and looking for:
– complete planning of the cycling itinerary;
– detailed organization of each stage;
– technical support throughout the entire bike tour.
All this, not only in the places you’ve always dreamed of visiting, but also in those you’ve never seen before!
Accompanying Giovanni on this journey are two Italian sports champions:
– Andrea Tafi, world champion in professional cycling. A career full of legendary triumphs has in no way diminished Andrea Tafi’s love for two wheels and his desire for new challenges, leading him to embrace the project that gave birth to Gaudens Cycling.
– Dorina Vaccaroni, Italian champion with a dual professional sporting career, first in fencing and then in cycling. Her passion for two wheels, combined with a desire to embrace new challenges, made the connection with Gaudens Cycling inevitable: together with Dorina and her unwavering determination, we will expand our horizons, giving the project a feminine edge.
GiovanniCurione
Over the past few years, Giovanni has ridden tens of thousands of kilometres across many European countries, reaching hundreds of locations and peaks.
This experience has given rise to the necessary basis and knowledge to devise the best offer for routes and travel logistics: from the sea to the mountains according to the desires, preparation and expectations of cycle excursionists, tourists and amateurs.
AndreaTafi
Andrea raced as a professional for 17 years, leaving an indelible mark in the history of cycling world. The only Italian to have won both Paris-Roubaix , he boasts other prestigious trophies, including Tour of Flanders and the tricolour jersey of Italian Champion.
Andrea’s huge experience as a professional and all-round cycling man are the perfect combination to guarantee the excellence of our tailor-made itineraries.
DorinaVaccaroni
An icon of Italian sport, Dorina’s story begins with multiple fencing victories, including European, World, and Olympic titles.
Her sporting career continued with cycling, which became not only a profession but also, and above all, a central part of her life.
In the United States, where she lived for many years, she competes in ultracycling competitions and shares her passion through her work as a mental coach.
